Barefoot & Minimalist Running Workshop

I am not a running coach! I am merely a barefoot and minimalist runner wanting to share my experiences with other people interested in discovering the joy of barefoot running. I will share with you what I my self have discovered during my 3 years of barefoot and minimalist running, including tips on running form, training exercises, does and don’t and much more.

A Barefoot Running Clinic consists of:

  • - Background and introduction
  • - The 3 steps of great running form
  • - Running form analysis
  • - Training exercises
  • - A Barefoot Test Run (2K)

Practical information:

  • Duration: approx. 2 hours
  • Location: A the Carlsberg Brewery Grounds or at a location of your choice
  • Clinic Types: Groups (max. 20 people) or individuals (1 hour)
  • Group Prices: 250 DKK per person and a min. of 2.500 DKK per group
  • Individual Prices: 500 DKK per session

  • - January 2010 – Started running in Vibram Five Fingers (KSO)
  • - March 2010 – Barcelona Marathon (running shoes without heels – removed with a kitchen nife)
  • - May 2010 – Copenhagen Marathon (Vibram KSO)
  • - Sept. 2010 – Copenhagen Half Marathon (Barefoot)
  • - Sept. 2010 – Berlin Marathon (Vibram Sprint)
  • - Dec. 2010 – Calvia Marathon, Mallorca – stopped half way (Barefoot)
  • - March 2011 – Rome Marathon – (Luna sandals)
  • - April 2011 – Aalborg Brutal Marathon, hills/trails (Luna Sandals)
  • - May 2011 – Copenhagen marathon (Barefoot)
  • - April 2012 – Copenhagen Ultra Marathon, 50km (Luna Sandals)
